Mix 2 cups of raw almonds, 2 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp cacao, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp coconut sugar. Place in one layer on a tray in a 150° oven for 10 mins. Check and mix, place in oven for another 10 mins. Perfect with a cup of green tea!

This recipe is dairy free and egg free. For a nut free version, replace the hazelnut meal with coconut flour, the almond milk with coconut milk and omit the pecans.
1 cup wholemeal flour
1 cup hazelnut meal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans
6-7 bananas (fresh or frozen)
1/3 cup almond milk
1tbsp maple syrup
5 tbsp coconut oil
Blend the wet ingredients. Mix with the dry ingredients. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Check if it is cooked through, it may need an extra 10 mins depending on your oven.
